Indistinguishable from the original—nailed it.

Obviously, I don’t own the background music. However, I am claiming Fair Use for its inclusion, seeing as how:

  1. This was made for a college course.
  2. This is only 10 seconds long, and
  3. This is a very bootleg remake.

I know that claiming “no infringement intended” won’t offer me legal protection. However, I hope my reasoning above is sufficient to allow me to share my work.
